Hi Melanie,
Thank you for having this forum and being so diligent to answer all of our questions!
My question is with having 4 XTERRA's in row (4 consecutive weekends) will I see my _base_ start to diminish? since I obviously will not be able to do any long run/bike on the weekends to maintain my current _base_. Thanks in advance and the best of luck to you the remainder of the season!
