Saw on your twitter that you have been sick. I am a school teacher and it is very hard to avoid sickness this time of the year, but something I started doing last year is taking a Colostrum pill every other day during the winter months or anytime I start feeling down and deary. Sometimes I still get sick but it seems to help my body to fight back becuase it builds the antibodies to do so. I also have not been real sick (knock on wood) since taking the Colostrum. It is natural and better then airborne in my opinion. Try it cause it works. A little breast milk doesn't hurt anyone once in awhile I guess. Lol
