Hi Melanie. Just wanted to say good luck with the upcoming season. Hopefully I'll get to come out to the SouthEast Championship race in Alabama and watch. I haven't posted much for quite a while, I've been knocked down pretty good. Cancer can do that to some people. But I'm getting "back in the saddle" this year (an awesome Aerosmith song also, by the way). With your suggestions as far as training, and simply being an inspiration, I'll get back to some form of decent physical shape. Keep up the good work, and hope you will need to update the website to say "4x XTERRA World Champion."
