First off... good eye!! The new bike is set up with the stack height higher and a higher rise on the bar. That is pushing me back and up on the bike..less stretched out. I was too low last year. I have been riding the Shiver and Fourstroke all winter and because of it my position has changed so I had to adapt to the longer top tube.

Ross is actually not opening the shop, he is a silent partner. My best friend and favorite mechanic are going into business together opening a bike store. It is going to be super cool... but I will post all about it when it happens in FIVE WEEKS!!

Pretty exciting. Now... to get rid of the nasty bug and get back to training. I feel like I have a slow leak that all my high end fitness is escaping through while I am sick....
