I have been reading the updates and looking at the pictures of the cape-epic daily. What an amazing race. I hear it is hard but not La Ruta hard just hard due to heat, intense racing, and miles in the saddle. You should do this race next year. You could enter the mixed class with your Ross. Your biking would for sure be on after doing this race this early in the year, but if anything what a cool place to ride. Jenny and her partner won the stage today and moved into second. You have to do this race though it looks so cool. I think Lance Armstrong should do it too.

Hey your going to kick butt this year, so do not let these early Mt. biking results get to you too much cause those other rides don't train for run's and swim's like you do. Good Luck in Arizona!
