I see that you are planning to do the La Ruta de Los Conquistadores. I am so excited to see you race this, probably more then seeing you do anything else. I think it is great that you are spicing things up with this race. I just read an article in Mt. biking mag. about how intense and hard it is. I can not remember who wrote the article but I know she is from BC and writes for the magazine and got a press entrance slot into the race. Every day is jam packed with craziness. I hope I will be able to follow your results online somehow. How are you going to train for this race and keep on form for your xterra races? Hope you kick some ass

I figure that since it is AFTER Worlds I should already be fit. Looks like a bit of a sufferfest no matter how you train so it then would be all in your head.

It would be a personal challenge just to finish... that is more the focus.. finish and have fun.

Yea, I think everyone suffers no matter how fit they are. Well it is cool you are doing the race and I will be looking forward to your results even if it is just to finish. Hey your tri-friends over at the epic in South Africa are not doing too bad especially Jenny Smith. Now that is a race of suffering. Good Luck this season!!
