Hi, Mel. Congratulations for the West Championship...lots of sand! I have a can of Seal n'flate ( a CO2 with latex sealant ) but never used. I intend to use it on XTERRA Brazil this year but i am worried because the fabricant says it can inflate "only one" flat tire. Do you have any experiance with it ? Do you know if i can use only part of it ( in case of a partial flat tire ) and save the rest for the rest of the course ?
I run without tubes and with latex sealant in my tire. Do you think i need to carry a CO2 with latex sealant or a pure CO2 inflator is enough as long as i have already sealant in the tire ? Thanks Mel and good luck in Pelham. Luiz.

I usually put sealant in my tires and carry a Genuine Innovations Big Air cannister which is good for two mtb tires and will allow you to partially top up a tire that may be running low.

With tubeless, often that is all you need. If the sealant/CO2 cannister you have says you can't do that, it may not be the right thing to carry. Sometimes you need to top up a couple of times to get to the finish so not being able to do partial fills is not the best.

Go with a regular air inflator and put sealant in your tires. That will allow you to stay prepared for more scenarios.
