I know I'm really excited to race up in Utah and I want to wish you the best of luck. Go show them how it's done and hammer that trail!

Just a quick message to all of you sending me the happy thoughts for Ogden...

I have been here for two weeks staying with some of the most amazing people on the planet. I feel SO fortunate that through the sport of triathlon I get to meet the superstars of this galaxy. I gotta say, Utah has been another Italy experience. This place is heaven!

But back to the race, if you are on racergirl.com before the race.. here is the mindset. There is nothing to lose. If I blow up, I drop a result. This is an awesome opportunity to explore my limits and see what happens. We start the Xterra "climbing" season with this race. It is a superb course for my ability and it is just a breathtaking venue.

Put this race on the must-do list for next year if you are not here. It is great. Now I need to go out tomorrow and make it one of my favorites!
