Mel, what conditions would you use an Ignitor? Now that things are drying out I am looking for a good choice of tyre as an alternate to my crossmarks if I get to a race and find they are not optimal. I have been running Bonty mudX in the winter and want an opposite to the crossmark so that I can cover most conditions with two sets of wheels.

I have tried the Ignitor here in Victoria and I find that only the skinny 1.9 is really great in the mud. It is a low volume tire so it is good when you want to run high pressure and cut through muddy terrain but it has a lot of knobs so is not super fast. A technical, muddy course where you are slogging through grass or something would be good with an Ignitor 1.9.
