Hi Mel, I have a good _base_ and just raced the gator terra and won my age group(good start)and would like to know what you might recommend for a 4 week block before oak mt xterra regional championship. I have done the race the last 2 years and know how brutal the run is any advice. and what is your thought on the speed suits like the pointzero3 tyr zoot thanks for helping us out and inspiring so many.
