Hi,Mel I have been racing xterra for a few years now and would like to know, what a typical training week would be like for you. Swim bike run maybe weights, How many hours or distance thanks and by the way I think you are a great athlete.

A typical week:
Monday swim ez yoga massage
Tuesday Swim speed bike intervals (changes to brick later in season)
Wednesday swim distance Long ride Weights or pilates
Thursday swim ez either bike or run intervals _base_d on needs
Friday swim Bike mtb weights or pilates
Saturday bike mountain bike intervals or long fast distance offroad
Sunday long run, technical ride Weights or pilates

That is a skeleton but it changes depending on the time of year. I have done quite a bit more bike and brick stuff than run specific speed so far but that will change as the season approaches. Hours will be anywhere from 18 to 30 depending on the week.
