Hi Mel ,

I am a triathlon enthusiastic from Brazil , we have an XTERRA race now at Ilha Bela , one of the world\'s best spots for this sport I would say . I am in in the Rockies this winter , up to the Yellowstone region to do some altitude training .

What I want to say is that we can really tell when an athlete is really up to go beyond the all definitions and limitations. I admire people like you that are willing to push themselves closer and closer to perfection , loking forward to their optimum performances.

And , on top of that , people that do it for passion , not to win a race or a medal , but to develop their full potencial and make the most of this blessings - our health and spirit .

Our nature craves for action , our development is product of a journey between continents and among seas ...

Sports like triathlon reconect us to this motion , this feeling of transcendence that is impressed in our souls.

Hope to meet you in Maui this year . - Gus Netto
